  • MATT Construction, a family- and employee-owned general contractor that has built some of California’s most recognizable projects for more than 30 years, has appointed Brian Saenger to succeed co-founder Steve Matt as president & CEO. Saenger joins MATT after four-plus years as president and CEO of development firm The Ratkovich Company. Matt transitions to chairman of the MATT board of directors. Additionally, Jason Mosier has been promoted to chief commercial officer & EVP. Joe Healy, an 18-year veteran of MATT, will continue as COO.  
  • Cresa announced that David Kimball, Sam Devorris and Zack Eisen have joined the firm from NAI Capital as managing principal, SVP and advisor, respectively. The trio will be based in Cresa’s Century City office. 
  • Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues to expand its real estate practice with the addition of Ann (Seung-Eun) Lee as a shareholder in its San Francisco office. She joins the firm after spending eight years at Goodwin Procter LLP. 
  • Fresno-based Wellpointe Inc., a leading provider of affordable, boutique-style residential assisted living and related healthcare services, promoted co-founder Angela Kutnerian to EVP. She most recently served as VP. 
  • William Wong has joined affordable housing nonprofit Century Housing Corporation as CFO. Wong brings nearly 40 years of international experience in corporate finance, accounting, tax, investments, financial planning and risk management.  
  • MBH Architects, an award-winning architecture and design firm, appointed Jocelyn Thompson as director of human resources. She previously served as interim human resources manager and now steps into the role full-time.

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
