- Stockdale Capital Partners, a vertically integrated, real estate investment firm, has added several new executives and investment professionals to its team during the first half of 2025. They include Bastian Peters – managing director, co-head of retail asset management; Sam Palmer – managing director, head of multifamily asset management; Kenny Chu – director of tax; Anthony Lumby – VP, investments; Peter Brogan – VP, hospitality asset management; Ian Lesyk – VP, retail asset management; Erica Ratner – director of retail operations; Taylor Vasquez – senior associate, retail leasing; and Kendall Hemming, associate, investments.
- UG2, a national leader in integrated facility services, announces the addition of an accomplished team of industry professionals to lead operations and strategic growth in the Orange County, San Diego and Inland Empire region. The team includes: Steve Selock, regional VP, building services; Martha Selock, AVP, building services; Lorenzo Vargas, senior director of operations; and Garth Bachman, branch manager.
- The Klabin Company/CORFAC International announced that Nick Buss, SIOR, has been named a principal and partner of the firm. Since joining Klabin in 2019, Buss has demonstrated a tireless work ethic, a deep commitment to client success, and an unwavering team-first mentality, according to Klabin. A former Major League Baseball player, Buss transitioned into commercial real estate following a more than 10-year professional baseball career, including stints with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Angels.
