  • Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. said that Richard Ziman, chairman of the REIT’s board of directors, will retire from his role and the board following the company’s annual meeting of stockholders on June 3. Subject to the results of the annual meeting and the election of directors, the board has approved the appointment of current lead independent director Tyler Rose to serve as chairman 
  • Jeff Huddleston has joined RMC as VP of environmental services. Working primarily from the Orange County/Anaheim office, the 45-year veteran will collaborate across departments to enhance RMC’s environmental programs and promote a culture revolving around safety and operational excellence. 
  • CBRE announced the return of Patrick Church as EVP in Los Angeles, where he will continue his presence and influence in the life science sector, as well as pivoting back to the office sector specializing in both landlord and occupier advisory services. Church rejoins CBRE after an 11-year tenure at JLL, where he served as managing director on the West Coast Life Sciences team. 
  • Muinzer, a private equity real estate investment firm specializing in student housing, has appointed Michael Snyder as president. He will also continue serving as COO. 
  • Kilroy Realty Corporation announced that independent director Scott Ingraham will retire from the board of directors at its upcoming annual meeting on May 20. Ingraham has served on the board since 2007 and has chaired its audit committee. 
  • Intapp, a global provider of AI-powered solutions for professionals at advisory, capital markets, and legal firms, has signed an agreement to acquire TermSheet, a provider of software for real estate teams. The transaction is subject to regular and customary closing conditions and is expected to close within the next 45 days. 
  • San Bernardino County is looking to hire an Assistant Director of Real Estate Services to oversee leasing, acquisitions and departmental operations. This position will be based in office in San Bernardino, CA.  Responsibilities include negotiating complex real estate transactions, managing key divisions such as Fiscal, Right-of-Way, and Leasing, and ensuring alignment with policies and financial guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressively responsible CRE experience and comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis; long range planning; state, regional and local business incentives/finance related tools and marketing principles.
