California Landmark Launches $100M Marina Arts District Development

California Landmark Group started construction on G8, a $100-million 230-unit apartment development in the Marina Arts District adjacent to Marina del Rey, CA. G8’s six architecturally distinct contemporary structures vary in height and are anticipated to be completed Q4 2019.

Located at 13448 West Beach Ave. on Los Angeles’ Westside, G8 includes a mix of single, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 550 to 1,500 square feet. G8 will feature more than 15,000 square feet of common area amenities, including a pocket park, three courtyards with pools, collaborative indoor and outdoor workspaces, a fully equipped fitness center and a rooftop deck offering unobstructed city and ocean views.

Unit interiors will feature contemporary industrial finishes. Incorporated into the development will be 25,000 square feet of renovated creative office space.

Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements. Dennis has been involved in a host of charitable and community organizations including the American Cancer Society, Easter Seals, BoyScouts, Chrysalis Foundation, Freedom For Life, HOLA, L.A.’s BEST, Reach Out and Read, Super Bowl Host Committee, and Thunderbirds Charities.
