California Investor Acquires Houston Apartments

Lane Kommer, SVP in the land and investments division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented AmCal Equities, LLC of Agoura Hills, CA in the purchase of Circuit Apartments at 2424 Capital St. in Houston.

Deal terms weren’t disclosed. The seller was a national developer based in Dallas.

The 311-unit apartment complex was built in 2015 and is within walking distance of BBVA Stadium, Minute Maid Park, the George R. Brown Convention Center and one of Houston’s METRORail stations.
