California Cybersecurity Company Buys Chicago West Loop Office Building
A California cybersecurity concern has paid $20.8 million for the Downtown Chicago office building where it has its Chicago operations, possibly signaling the company plans a significant increase in its Chicago headcount, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.
Sunnyvale, CA-based Fortinet bought 564 Randolph St, a loft style 94,000 sf office building. Fortinet bought the property from Pritzker Realty Group, the real estate operation of billionaire Penny Pritzker’s PSP Partners.
The building is located in the red hot West Loop section of downtown, a red hot locale where many companies have been relocating to lately.
