Cali Investor Snags 48K-SF Former Tulsa World Warehouse
DealPoint Merrill LLC has become the new owner of the former Tulsa World Warehouse, a 47,521-square-foot facility situated in Tulsa, OK’s business and arts district. The Woodland Hills, CA buyer paid seller BH Media Group Inc. $3.4 million for the property, which is situated on two acres.
The new owner is planning to develop a $10 million, self-storage facility on the site at 119 W. 1st St., which is scheduled to open in May, 2020. The warehouse, built in 1975, had once been used to store newsprint for the Tulsa World newspaper.
DealPoint Merrill’s David Frank negotiated the transaction, while Sterling McGregor handled due diligence. The company’s Jason Limbert and Tyler Bendicksen completed the transaction.
