
Cali Buyer Ends Multiyear Hold on 74K-SF Colorado Office
The Lagomarsino Group, headquartered in Visalia, CA, ended its 13-year hold on Plaza 200 & 300 at Highlands Ranch Business Park, a two-building, 74,778-square-foot office campus in Highlands Ranch, CO. The property, on the southern edge of the Denver metro area in Douglas County, sold for $14.4 million to Encino, CA-based KWC Highlands Ranch LLC, traced to Kramer-Wilson Co. Inc.
Aaron Johnson and Jon Hendrickson with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in disposition of the asset, located at 200 & 300 Plaza Dr. The property was 90% occupied at time of the sale.
“Plaza 200 & 300 provides an excellent opportunity to own high-quality product within a tight submarket that caters to the extensive amount of housing in Highlands Ranch and surrounding communities,” Johnson said. “Investors were attracted to the quality of the product, net lease structure, surrounding amenity base, continued growth and development, and high demand in this location.”
