The property is subject to a $26 million construction loan originated by ARC Real Estate Management in 2021, according to Yardi Matrix data. Greystar is providing management services. Caldwell Communities been in the active adult business for over 20 years.

The luxury community incorporates one- and two-bedroom floorplans, ranging from 678 to 1,242 square feet. Apartments feature private balconies or patios. Community amenities include a swimming pool, dog park, grilling lounge, theater and game room, among others.

Situated 1 mile south of Highway 99 at 21901 Gosling Road, the Class A community is 10 miles from The Woodlands and roughly 30 miles north of downtown Houston. The surrounding area has multiple dining, shopping and entertainment options, with Windrose Golf Club some 2 miles away.
