Caldwell County to be Site for 3,000 Acre Community
RREAF Communities has purchased 3,173 acres located at the intersection of State Highways 130 and 80, between San Antonio and Austin. The land will be used for a master planned community development.
Early plans call for 1000’s of residential homes, various product types, as well as retail, restaurants, hotels, offices, healthcare and light industrial. The company will be offering single family lots with build-to-rent, townhomes and apartment properties.
Included will be amenities such as hiking and biking trails, event pavilions, athletic fields and fitness centers. A construction timeline has not been established.
