CalAtlantic, KB Home Acquire Terramor MPC Lots

CalAtlantic and KB Home purchased a combined 275 parcels within Terramor, a new master-planned community in Corona, CA being developed by Newport Beach, CA-based Foremost Companies. The 890-acre property is approved for 1,443 single-family homes.

KB Home plans to build two all-age neighborhoods totaling 170 two-story homes, anticipated to open this summer. CalAtlantic Homes is building an active adult neighborhood of 105 home sites that is expected to open in the winter.

The builder line-up for the first five neighborhoods within the multigenerational community also includes Del Webb. It is under construction on 240 single-family homes for 55+ buyers, with the first two neighborhoods slated to open this spring.

“We have now sold 520 of the 600 lots in Phase One of Terramor,” said Foremost Companies’ Steve Cameron, who notes the interest list has already topped 4,000 before sales even start.
