Calare Upgrades Foxborough Office Building
Calare Properties has finalized enhancements to 325 Foxborough Blvd., an 80,000-square-foot office building in Foxborough, MA., a year after its acquisition. The revamped property now serves as the corporate headquarters for NECI, a solutions and services provider specializing in industrial automation, data, and digital transformation.
Calare purchased the vacant building in November 2022 and secured a long-term lease with NECI. The site, located in Foxborough Business Center Park, spans 9.4 acres, featuring amenities including a fitness center, cafeteria, and outdoor spaces.
“We believe the enhancements at 325 Foxborough have helped reposition a well-maintained office property into a truly modern work destination designed to bring long term value to the tenants, the local community, and our investors,” said Todd Barclay, SVP at Calare.
