Calare Properties Relocates Headquarters to Framingham

Private real estate manager and operator Calare Properties has relocated its headquarters to 30 Speen Street in Framingham. The move reflects the firm’s need for expanded, modernized space in a highly accessible location.

Located along I-90 with direct highway frontage, Calare’s new space offers easy access to multiple commuting routes, as well as numerous options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The property features a clean design with modern amenities and includes an open floor plan. Calare acquired the property, a 40,500-square-foot, five-story building in February 2019, as part of a long-term investment strategy.

“This move signifies a new chapter in our history and celebrates all we have accomplished during our 14 years in Hudson,” said Bill Manley, CEO of Calare. “Our new Framingham location provides an ideal new home that supports our growing real estate investment platform and most importantly, the needs of our employees.”
