Calare Properties Elevates Todd Barclay to Co-CIO

Calare Properties has promoted four team members while expanding its executive team with the appointment of Todd Barclay as co-CIO. Barclay will continue in his role as head of investments, where he leads Calare’s investment initiatives, while as co-CIO, he will also oversee the strategic direction and management of Calare’s commercial property portfolio.

Barclay joined Framingham, MA-based Calare in 2017 as VP, acquisitions and portfolio management. Before joining Calare, he served as VP of acquisitions at KS Partners and was a portfolio manager at New Boston Real Estate Fund.

“This appointment reflects Todd’s exceptional contributions to our firm where he has played a pivotal role leading our acquisition and development team, as well as guiding our investment strategy,” said Bill Manley, Calare’s CEO and co-CIO.

In addition to Barclay’s appointment, Calare promoted three team members to senior associate: Bailey Duffy, Sam Joseph and Lauren Manley.
