Caesarstone Inks Lease for First Northeast Hub in Fairfield 

Caesarstone, a global leader in quartz surfaces, has signed a 35,235 square feet industrial lease at 10 Evans Street in Fairfield, NJ.  

The newly constructed property, owned and developed by Stalwart Equities, will serve as Caesarstone’s Northeast distribution hub. The location features high ceilings, parking spaces, and loading docks.  

The lease negotiations were facilitated by CBRE, with the team of Kate Granahan, Nicholas Klacik, and Sean Dodd representing Caesarstone, and Kevin Dudley and Chad Hillyer representing the property’s ownership.
