Cadence McShane Wraps Work on Leander Multifamily

Cadence McShane Construction has completed Hermosa Village Apartments in Leander. The complex spans 22 buildings.

Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, the 329,418-square-foot apartment complex includes modern farmhouse inspiration and incorporates 238 garden-style apartment units.

“We are excited to provide the community of Leander a wonderful luxury multifamily community to call home,” said Srinath Pai Kasturi, EVP of Cadence McShane. “The development has a wide variety of unique amenities that make it stand out among nearby residences.”

Floor plans include one-, two- and three-bedroom options ranging from 684 to 1,450 square feet. Apartment amenities include custom European cabinets, in-unit washer and dryer, oversize walk-in-closets, spacious bedrooms, generous private patios, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

Community amenities include a fitness center, large resort pool and community farm on the grounds in addition to a one-acre dog park and space for outdoor games. Tenants also have access to 482 parking spaces.
