Caddis Names New Managing Partner

Dallas-based Caddis Healthcare Real Estate named COO Lance M. Hardenburg as the managing partner and CEO of the company. The healthcare investment firm’s previous CEO, Jason L. Signor, has stepped down to pursue other opportunities.

In 2017, Hardenburg joined Caddis as EVP and general counsel. He had previously served as the company’s outside GC since its inception in 2008. Previously, Hardenburg worked as a transactional attorney for more than two decades at Hallett & Perrin, P.C. and Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP.

“It’s been a privilege to help guide Caddis into a nationally-recognized healthcare real estate investment firm since its inception and I’m honored to take on a new role to further the firm’s trajectory,” said Hardenburg.

He added, “Under the guidance of executive leadership, our talented team is very well positioned strategically. We are enthusiastic and confident about the future of our organization.”
