Caddis Launches Second Philly-Area Senior Living Community

Dallas-based healthcare real estate developer Caddis is continuing its nationwide expansion by launching its second Heartis senior living community in Pennsylvania. The firm recently closed on Heartis Bucks County in Warminster, PA, near Philadelphia.

“We have been actively introducing our popular national Heartis senior living brand to residents in the Midwest and Southeast, and now the Mid-Atlantic,” said Caddis’ Kyle Miller.

He added, “Our research showed that there is strong demand for new senior living communities near Philadelphia. I think residents of Warminster and the surrounding area will find Heartis Bucks County an appealing new senior living option.”

The 162,000-square-foot Heartis Bucks County will include 156 independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments. It’s expected to open in fall 2021, joining Heartis Yardley, also near Philadelphia. The Yardley property is expected to open this summer.
