Cabot Inks Auto Parts Company to Redlands Deal

Boston-based Cabot Properties signed a 156,694-square-foot lease valued at nearly $8 million with TrakMotive in Redlands. The newly-built industrial property is located at 1675 W. Park Ave. The Redlands-based company will use this property to expand its automotive parts business.

Voit Real Estate Services’ Walt Chenoweth and Lee & Associates’ Herrick Johnson handled the deal.

Johnson says, “Walt and I worked hard to bring forth a lease opportunity for our client prior to the completion of the building’s construction. We are pleased we were able to accomplish this task approximately 30 days prior to completion for our client Cabot Properties.”
