Cabot Cabot & Forbes Tops Off Construction at Woburn Innovation Center
Cabot, Cabot & Forbes (CC&F) recently topped off The Bolt, a 180,000-square-foot center for innovation along the New Boston Corridor in Woburn, MA. Representatives from CC&F, John Moriarty & Associates, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Jacobs, and additional project team members, attended the Sept. 4 ceremony.
“The Bolt is positioned to be a new home for the next generation of companies that will inevitably bring a diverse array of talent and innovative services to the region,” said CC&F CEO Jay Doherty. “CC&F is proud to see the progress of the project remain on target, and the topping off brings us one step closer to the finish line.”
The Bolt, which is being built on spec by John Moriarty & Associates, continues CC&F’s $400-million investment in the redevelopment of the former Superfund site that includes Emblem 120, a 289-unit luxury multifamily housing and retail development, as well as Zero New Boston, a proposed multifamily project expected to break ground early next year.
