CA Ventures Launches Capital Advisory Division

CA Ventures, a Chicago-based vertically integrated real estate investment management company, has formed, CA Capital Advisory, a division dedicated to driving capital markets, equity raise and product design strategy for the entire global enterprise. John Wright and Tom Dreyer joins as co-heads of the new platform, while Michael Frenz joins as CFO and Anthony Porcelli has joined as EVP and general counsel.

“The creation of CA Capital Advisory is a significant and strategic milestone for CA as it is a direct reflection of the sustained growth and diversification of both our portfolio and network of capital relationships,” said Tom Scott, CEO of CA.
