CA Ventures Launches Capital Advisory Division

CA Ventures, a Chicago-based vertically integrated real estate investment management company, has formed, CA Capital Advisory, a division dedicated to driving capital markets, equity raise and product design strategy for the entire global enterprise. John Wright and Tom Dreyer joins as co-heads of the new platform, while Michael Frenz joins as CFO and Anthony Porcelli has joined as EVP and general counsel.

“The creation of CA Capital Advisory is a significant and strategic milestone for CA as it is a direct reflection of the sustained growth and diversification of both our portfolio and network of capital relationships,” said Tom Scott, CEO of CA. 

He continued, “We have experienced incredible momentum over the past few years and have strategically pivoted our business model to best position each of our verticals to scale, independently yet collaboratively. With exclusive focus on recession-resilient asset classes, we see nothing but opportunity on the horizon now.”

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter.
