CA Ventures Breaks Ground on Apartment Community in New Haven

CA Ventures has announced the groundbreaking of The Archive, a 166-unit apartment community in New Haven, Connecticut.

The community is located near New Haven Green and with easy access to public transportation and major highways. It features spacious, modern apartments from studio to three-bedroom layouts. CA Ventures looks to deliver The Archive and welcome residents in early 2024.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Archive and CA Ventures’ integration into New Haven,” said Brian Brodeur, executive vice president of development. “The Archive will answer to the strong demand for housing across the city while providing a vibrant, dynamic community that enhances the quality of life of the people that call it home.”
