CA Ventures Adds Business Development VP

Joey Verrant has joined CA Ventures as VP of business development for CA’s multifamily property management platform. He’ll be based in Chicago.

“Over the past few years, CA has dedicated significant resources to innovating and elevating its management services,” said Steve Boyack, president and global head of property management for CA. “Getting the right people on the bus is a critical component of our strategy so we are thrilled to welcome Joey, an industry veteran with a proven track record of fostering client relationships, to our robust team of multifamily experts.”

Prior to joining CA, Verrant spent six years at Greystar on the client services team where he led the expansion of its Midwest, third-party property management business. He is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, having served a tour to Iraq in 2008.
