CA Senior Living Expands Anthology Platform Across Midwest

CA Senior Living LLC, the senior housing investment and development division of Chicago-based CA Ventures,  announced it will expand its Anthology Senior Living operating platform to 18 of its communities. The platform is designed to enhance resident care, while also streamlining report and back-office operations.

Located primarily in the Midwest as well as Texas and Connecticut, the 18 properties include 12 senior living communities recently acquired from NorthPoint Development, one acquired from a joint venture between Greystar and The Carlyle Group, and five CA Senior Living communities currently under construction. Together, the properties offer a mix of independent living, assisted living and memory support residences.

“Going forward, Anthology will operate most communities we develop because we’re already intimately familiar with the designs and markets and are invested in their long-term success,” said Ben Burke, president of CA Senior Living.
