CA Investor Picks Up Freestanding Retail Building in Atlanta, TX
A California-based investor recently purchased a freestanding 4,511-square-foot retail building located on slightly more than one-third acre at 108 N. Loop 59 near its intersection with Main Street in Atlanta, TX. The price was undisclosed. The seller was an Austin-based LLC.
The building is occupied by Anytime Fitness, a franchised fitness concept with more than 150 locations. The fully occupied retail building is located peripheral to Walmart in a retail district along Loop 59.

Atlanta, TX is in a wooded area of East Texas off of Highway 59 between the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex and Little Rock. Atlanta is about five hours from Oklahoma City, Memphis and Houston, and six hours from New Orleans. Closer to home, Atlanta, TX is 20 minutes from the growing twin city of Texarkana, TX. Just an hour down the road, Shreveport and Bossier City, LA offer shopping and entertainment.
