CA based Primo Fitness Moves to Fresno Texas

CA Fitness Company Moving HQ to Houston Suburb

It’s now becoming an almost daily occurrence, a California business relocating to Texas. Primo Fitness is leaving its Santa Ana, California warehouse headquarters and is moving to Fresno, Texas, a town on the outskirts of Houston. The recently built, 71,000 square foot warehouse building is on 4.5 acres. Colliers Jason Scholtz represented the seller, Lemark Investments in the deal, “As a supplier of high-end fitness equipment, Primo’s business has grown quickly across the state of Texas. Texas’ business-friendly atmosphere along with the lower cost of living made a very compelling case for Primo’s relocation.”

The property is located in Houston’s Southwest Far industrial submarket. The submarket contains 22.9 million square feet of industrial space, which is currently 91.3 percent occupied and the average asking market rental rate is $8.66 per square foot. More than 1.3 million square feet of new product has been delivered in the past 12 months and a similar amount under construction.
