CA-Based Zenreach Signs Lease at Phoenix’s Biltmore Center
San Francisco-based technology company Zenreach inked a deal with landlord ViaWest Group to take down 30,091 square feet at the Biltmore Center on Phoenix’s prestigious Camelback Corridor. The space, at 2390 E. Camelback Rd., is Zenreach’s first major office outside of California.
Zenreach currently employs 90 people in the Phoenix area, and will expand to approximately 350 at its new location. The main focus of the Camelback Road location will be sales. Zenreach officially moved into its new digs on Aug. 15.
Ryan Timpani with Colliers International in Greater Phoenix represented the tenant. Phil Breidenbach, Timpani, Todd Noel and Kathy Foster, also with Colliers, represented ViaWest.
