C.W. Driver Completes Spa & Fitness Facility in Indian Wells

C.W. Driver Companies has completed the $26.8-million new Spa & Fitness facility for Eldorado Country Club in Indian Wells within the Greater Palm Springs region. The 30,000 square-foot project enhances the member-focused amenities at the private, invitation-only club with new wellness, fitness and leisure spaces.

Spanning nearly four acres, the expansion includes the construction of seven new single-story buildings that house a modern spa, state-of-the-art fitness center and administrative offices. Below grade, basement level accommodates storage, mechanical rooms, and pool equipment.

The revitalized site also features two new resort-style pools and spa, and lush landscaping and hardscape elements. The facilities will enhance temperature regulation during extreme climate in the desert.

C.W. Driver worked in collaboration with architecture firm Delawie and Aquatic Design Group to deliver a design that blends with the club’s signature desert aesthetic while introducing contemporary comforts. Both entities worked closely since the expansion began in June 2023.
