C.W. Driver Breaks Ground on $55M Menifee School Project

Construction firm C.W. Driver Companies has broken ground on their newest development in the Inland Empire, Elementary School #15, a $54.5 million project for the Menifee Union School District. The 75,000-square-foot campus will be spread across 46 acres, incorporate ample outdoor areas and have an estimated student capacity of 600 when it opens in July of 2024.

“This is the second school we’ve worked on for Menifee Union, with Menifee Valley Middle School being the first,” said C.W. Driver project executive Andy Feth. “In that instance, it was an expansion of an existing campus while this is a completely new build from the ground up.”

The new construction will include 23 classrooms, a kindergarten building, an administration building, library and multipurpose room laid out in a horseshoe configuration. Designed by DLR Group | BakerNowicki, the school will include a state-of-the-art audio visual system and student pickup and drop off areas.
