C-Store Royal Farms Adds 2 MD Locations

KLNB recently facilitated the opening of two new Royal Farms in Maryland. Principals Ryan Minnehan and Patrick Miller represented the convenience store chain in both deals.

Landlord Ward Properties was represented by Matt Copeland, Michael Patz and Joe Mekulski of KLNB in a lease at the grocery-anchored Boulevard at Box Hill in Abingdon, MD. For a lease at Capital Plaza in Landover Hills, MD, the landlord, Nellis Corporation, was advised by KLNB’s John Meyer and Brian Finkelstein.

“Both Boulevard at Box Hill and Capital Plaza offer exceptional locations in highly-populated areas with tremendous accessibility and visibility,” said Minnehan. “We’re thrilled to have helped Royal Farms close these deals and expand their service in Prince George’s and Harford counties.”

Royal Farms currently operates 205 locations throughout Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
