C.J. Development Snags 43 Acres, Announces Grand Center at Long Meadow Farms

C.J. Development closed on the buy of 42.7 acres at Grand Parkway and West Bellfort Street in Richmond, TX. The acreage, which will be combined with the adjacent 15 acres owned by the developer, will be the site of Grand Center at Long Meadow Farms. The commercial shopping center will be marketed to retail, restaurant, medical fitness and other business enterprises.

The property will offer a 46,000-square-foot, two-story retail center, which the developer will lease. Other tracts will be sold under fee-simple terms.

JLL’s Chris Bergmann Jr. represented the undisclosed seller. CJ Development was represented by Alan Chodrow of Chodrow Realty Advisors. Newquest Properties’ Ashley Strickland and Nick Ramsey are handling leasing and sales for Long Meadow Farms.
