BXP to Renovate 301K-SF MD Office

Boston Properties (BXP) has initiated a renovation of Wisconsin Place, a 301,000-square-foot workplace located at 5404 Wisconsin Avenue in Chevy Chase, MD. Washington-based design firm Hickok Cole is leading the redesign, which includes a new 16,000-square-foot amenity destination on the third floor, an outdoor terrace, a conference facility connecting to the terrace, a wellness experience, and a ground-floor greeting hub.

The renovation is expected to be completed in spring and will offer indoor-outdoor spaces. Transwestern’s Tom Hilley, Keith Foery, Phillip McCarthy, Mark Boyce, and Karla Rivera provide agency leasing services for the property.

“Creating an amenity program that offers a dynamic mix of spaces within a wellness-focused workplace experience will provide our clients with the workplace tools they need to attract, retain, and engage their dynamic workforces,” said Jake Stroman, EVP, co-head of the Washington, DC Region, BXP.
