BXP Adds Eight Retailers at Embarcadero Center

BXP has secured eight new retail leases at Embarcadero Center, a 3.3-million-square-foot mixed-use complex in San Francisco. The leases span a total of 16,455 square feet and introduce new wellness and culinary concepts to the community.

The new tenants include Ambiance, a woman-operated boutique; Boho Petite, a French patisserie; Burger Littles; B12 LOVE; Cheeky Bits Sweets; Elevate Pilates; sandwich shop Jerry’s Roast Pork; and Puppies & Yoga.

“Our goal at Embarcadero Center is to create an ecosystem where businesses, office workers, residents and visitors can thrive and flourish together,” said Christine Yuen, SVP of leasing at BXP. “From a modern Pilates studio to puppy yoga and IV drips, we’re dedicated to supporting San Francisco’s unique entrepreneurial spirit in the heart of downtown.”

The retail leasing efforts have been fueled directly by BXP’s proactive outreach and its internal “pop-up” program, providing retailers access to temporarily occupy spaces with the goal of transitioning to long-term leases.
