BWE Secures $47M to Refi Richmond Senior Living Community 

BWE has secured $47 million to refinance Discovery Village at the West End, a 219-unit senior living community in Richmond, VA. The financing was arranged by Ryan Stoll and Taylor Mokris of BWE on behalf of a private equity investor. 

“There was tremendous interest in this financing opportunity from a variety of capital sources, due to the strength of the sponsorship, along with the unparalleled market positioning of the community and diligent management by Discovery Senior Living,” said Stoll. 

Discovery Village at the West End, 93% occupied at refinancing, offers amenities including gourmet dining, a wellness center, and a movie theater.
