BWE Names Green as Director of Affordable Housing Production

Mortgage banking company Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC (BWE) has promoted Kamara Green to National Director of Affordable Housing Production. In her new role and based out of Los Angeles, Green will manage the day-to-day and growth operations of BWE’s affordable platform, starting January 1, 2023.

“I’m thrilled to continue my career with BWE in my new role. Now more than ever, it is essential to support housing operators and developers with the financing they need to increase the supply of affordable housing and preserve existing units. I am eager to continue working with our outstanding team,” said Green in a news release.

In her current role as BWE’s National Director of Affordable Analytics and Sales, Green oversees Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and private placement deals. Prior to joining BWE, she worked at Freddie Mac as a relationships manager, working with lenders and sponsors to structure Targeted Affordable Housing transactions.
