BWE Investment Sales Hires Parker Kelly to Amp Up Manufactured Housing Efforts

BWE Investment Sales, LLC., an affiliate of Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, has hired Atlanta, GA-based Parker Kelly as VP specializing in manufactured housing. He will lead the asset class nationally.

Before joining BWE Investment Sales, LLC., Kelly was VP in the manufactured housing division of Marcus & Millichap. He has closed over $600 million in total sales volume in the last three years.

“Manufactured housing is a strategic niche product for BWE Investment Sales, LLC., and we are thrilled to welcome Parker to our team to spearhead our MHC sales platform,” said Robert Starrett, SVP and principal of BWE Investment Sales. “Parker is a strong producer with a proven national track record in a product that will be a primary focus for us in 2023, and this addition will be incredibly complementary to our already established and successful manufactured housing debt platform that is the top in the country.”
