BWE Arranges Refi for Goodyear Apartment Developer
BWE arranged $31.25 million to refinance Cabana Bullard, a multifamily community completed in 2023 and located at the corner of North Bullard Avenue and West Van Buren Street in Goodyear, Arizona. The financing was arranged on behalf of Greenlight Communities, LLC, a Scottsdale-based developer.
Based out of the BWE Phoenix office, Charlie Williams and Matt Terpstra originated the three-year, full-term interest-only loan with a competitive rate and flexible terms. The financing was secured through a national life company lender.
Located at 14780 W. Van Buren Street, just off I-10 and less than 20 miles from Downtown Phoenix, Cabana Bullard offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Rents range from $1,149 to $1,639 a month. The community includes a range of practical amenities and is conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and major employers. The apartment complex, built in 2023, has 336 units.
