Dunkin’-Anchored Retail Center Acquired in St. Charles

Greenstone Partners completed the sale of 2701 E. Main Street, a 4,083-square-foot, two-tenant retail center located in St. Charles, Illinois. The property sold for $1.9 million.

The building, which features a drive-thru, is occupied by Dunkin’ Donuts and a new 10-year medical tenant, Options Medical, a weight loss facility. Both tenants operate under net lease structures. Greenstone Partners’ Brewster Hague, AJ Patel, and Tom Galvin exclusively represented the seller, a private partnership.

“The buyer acquired a well-located asset to expand their portfolio,” said AJ Patel, Director at Greenstone Partners. “The surrounding area continues to experience robust development, including Fox Haven Square, an exciting new 7-acre retail development featuring high-end dining, retail, and entertainment destination.”
