Buyer Enters Market with 640K-SF Enterprise Industrial Park Buy

Colony Industrial, part of Colony NorthStar, shelled out $52.1 million to acquire the 639,797-square-foot Enterprise Industrial Park in Schertz, TX. The Dallas-based buyer struck the deal with Robinson Weeks Partners for the two-building, Class A light industrial complex on the San Antonio metro’s far northeast side. The buy is Colony Industrial’s first in the area.

Randy Baird, Jonathan Bryan, and Ryan Thornton from CBRE brokered the transaction.
Enterprise Industrial Park is at 17745 Lookout Rd., and is 88% occupied with a weighted average remaining lease term of 5.3 years. Lew Friedland with Colony Industrial indicated the company would continue to seek out area acquisition opportunities.
