A joint venture between The Davis Companies, SB Development, and Hazelton Capital announced Butterfield Market’s upcoming opening at Rise LIC, a mixed-luxury apartment building in Queens.

Located at 29-17 40th Avenue, the market will span over 10,000 square feet. Rise LIC includes 103 apartments and offers amenities like a rooftop terrace, fitness center, community laundry room with a pet spa, and concierge services.
