Butler Hospitality Takes Full Floor in Sublease from Zillow
JLL recently completed a 27,040-square-foot sublease for Butler Hospitality Corp. at Global Holdings Management Group’s Nomad Tower at 1250 Broadway in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. Butler expanded from 6,000 square feet at 30 Broad Street to lease the entire 10th floor at Nomad Tower from sublandlord Zillow.
Butler Hospitality Corp., a leading hospitality-driven restaurant group, was represented by vice chairman Matthew Astrachan, associate VP Kristen Morgan and associate Lance Yasinsky. Zillow was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Ed Wartels and Justin Halpern.
“Nomad Tower is the ideal property to accommodate Butler’s expansion,” Morgan said. “The building offers unparalleled amenities and a superior tenant experience steps from mass transit, restaurants and shops. It’s the exact type of building that will compel people to come back to the office.”
