Another publishing company is moving Downtown. Business Insider will fill 88,000 square feet at One Liberty Plaza.

“Business Insider was looking for larger offices, and One Liberty Plaza was able to provide an ample amount of contiguous office space that gives the business news website plenty of room to grow,” said Bill Peters, managing director for JLL, which represented the tenant. Newmark Knight Frank advised the owner, Brookfield Property Partners.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the 2.3 million-square-foot tower, at 165 Broadway, rises 54 stories over the Financial District.

Business Insider is relocating to the office building from 150 Fifth Avenue.
