Burlington Stores Signs with N3 in San Angelo

National off-price retailer Burlington Stores is coming to a former Hastings Entertainment in San Angelo. Lease terms weren’t disclosed. Construction is underway, with the new store currently scheduled to open in spring 2021.

The freestanding anchor space is located across from Target and near numerous other national retailers. The project is being leased and developed by N3 Real Estate, a national retail property owner and developer based in Southlake.

“N3 welcomes the opportunity to bring Burlington to this market,” said Brenna Wadleigh, CEO of N3 and a recent Women in Real Estate honoree. “We believe Burlington is one of the strongest growing off-price retailers and we are glad to partner with them as they continue to increase their footprint nationwide.”
