Burlington Stores Scores 410K-SF Lease at Knox IV in Perris

Trammell Crow Company and its JV Partner Clarion Partners, LLC., have arranged a pair of leases totaling over 1.1 million square feet at Knox Logistics Center in Perris, CA. Burlington Stores secured a 410,000-square-foot lease to occupy all of Knox IV and a logistics services company inked a 693,000-square-foot lease to occupy all of Knox III.

“These two leases continue to prove our development strategy, which is founded on the idea that sophisticated users are attracted to modern facilities that feature the best design and strategically located in key logistics corridors,” said Tom Bak, Senior Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company’s Newport Beach operations.

Knox III and Knox IV are part of the Knox Logistics Center project that will encompass eight buildings and 2.66 million square feet of logistics space when complete. Both buildings, located on Old Oleander Avenue, are scheduled to be delivered within the next few months.
