Burlington and Marshall’s Come to the South Bronx

Burlington Coat Factory (now known as Burlington) and Marshall’s will both open big new stores at 2948 Third Ave. in the Melrose neighborhood of the South Bronx.

Partners Alex Adjmi and Bobby Cayre scheduled to finish renovating a four-story, 120,000-square-foot property by the end of 2017, according to the Commercial Observer.

Burlington will occupy a 55,000-square-foot space. Marshall’s will occupy 25,000 square feet in the growing commercial center known as “the Hub.”
