Bullfrog Expands with 53K SF Industrial Warehouse Lease

Lee & Associates has negotiated a new 53,000-square-foot warehouse lease on behalf of Bullfrog International at 1320 Gateway Drive in Elgin, Illlinois.

Bullfrog was represented by Lee & Associates of Illinois brokers Rick Scardino, Principal, and Michael Petrik, Associate, as well as Sean Bishop, Principal, of Lee & Associates Arizona. The landlord, Bix Box Property Owner C, LLC, was represented by Jeff Matella of Cushman & Wakefield.

The 53,000-square-foot building features 24’ clear height, two interior docks, two drive-in doors and an existing three-ton bridge crane. Bullfrog designs and manufactures high-end hot tubs, and the company has quickly entered the Midwest market and expanded its Chicago-area presence. Previously opened Bullfrog Spas retail stores are located in Geneva, Gurnee, and Vernon Hills and average around 10,000 square feet.

According to Scardino, “This well-positioned warehouse space is ideal for the quick ramp up being experienced by our tenant in the Chicagoland market. With three other retail stores opened over the past year, and a fourth and fifth location to be announced soon, this building is ideally located for product delivery and service.”
