Bullfinch Cos. Secures Three Life Science Leases in Cambridge

Private real estate investment, development and management firm The Bullfinch Cos. has secured three new leases totaling 134,000 square feet at Cambridge Discovery Park (CDP), Bullfinch’s life science development in Cambridge. The three new leases will be in the currently under-construction building 400-500 at CDP, a 283,000-square-foot lab and office space slated to be delivered in Q1 2020.

The tenants are Arbor Biotechnologies, which will occupy 36,171 square feet of space; Kintai Therapeutics, which leased 72,296 square feet of space; and Simcere Innovation Inc., which will occupy 26,349 square feet of space at the six-story building.

Peter Bekarian of JLL represented Bullfinch in the lease transaction. Evan Gallagher of Colliers International represented Arbor Biotechnologies; Mark Winters of NKF represented Kintai Therapeutics; and Joseph Pearce of NKF represented Simcere Innovation Inc.
