Bulfinch Cos. Secures Several Office Lease Agreements in Needham

Commercial real estate and investment firm Bulfinch Cos. has secured several new office lease agreements in Needham, MASS.

The firm secured leases at properties located at 75 Second Ave., 250 First Ave., 144 Gould St. and 102 Second Ave. in Needham. New tenants at 75 Second Ave include The Hilb Group, Sooho Law and Life Insurance of North America, an affiliate of New York Life. Bulfinch is also pleased to welcome new legal tenants at 250 First Ave including Altman & Altman, LLP and Brick, Jones, McBrien & Hickey. Other new tenants welcomed to the portfolio include Entravision Communications at 144 Gould Street and Brede Caipcaik Dental at 102 Second Ave.
