Bull Realty has arranged the $3.6-million sale of a 8,770-square-foot, single tenant net leased medical office building located at 1203 Town Park Lane in Evans, GA. The property is fully occupied by Anne Arundel Dermatology.

Paul Zeman of Bull Realty, a regional commercial brokerage firm headquartered in Atlanta, represented seller PAWS Holdings. A family trust purchased asset.
