The Bulfinch Cos. has hired Jessica Aylward as Assistant Vice President and Controller in Boston. Aylward will work closely with the financial reporting team to oversee property accounting across the firm’s expanding portfolio.

Aylward comes to Bulfinch with more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting, previously holding several notable positions. Most recently, Aylward served as Controller for Laz Parking Realty Investors where she oversaw financials for a nationwide $900M investment portfolio of parking assets. Aylward also served as an Accounting Manager at Benchmark Senior Living, during which she managed her own accounting team and was responsible for the company’s financial reporting.
